Club Exploria agrees to pay attorney fees in sum of $175,000 after dismissal of tortious interference suit.

January 23, 2023 – After a judge recommended that the presiding judge grant a defendant law firm’s prevailing party fee motion, Club Exploria, LLC, a timeshare developer in the Orlando area, agreed to pay the law firm $175,000 in attorney fees.

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida had previously summarily dismissed the timeshare developer’s lawsuit against the Aaronson Law Firm, a ruling that was affirmed by the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit.

“This is very gratifying. It is a small measure of vindication for all our efforts” said Attorney Aaronson. Club Exploria, LLC, is a member of ARDA, a consortium of timeshare developers behind the many lawsuits filed nationwide against qualified law firms representing timeshare owners. The Aaronson Law Firm has represented aggrieved timeshare owners for over a decade.
